Fishing at Tibble Fork

Salem Day's this year was a lot of fun. We were able to make it down for the early morning breakfast at the park. It's always so much fun eating breakfast with everyone outside. After breakfast we all headed back over to Grandma Hatch's to hang out and wait for the parade to start. While waiting for the parade to start, the kids found a little water snake and they all though it was the greatest thing!!

We were not able to stay for the fireworks because we were going up to Deer Valley for an outdoor concert. I was sad to miss the fireworks. I really do think Salem has one of the best shows!

I seriously would LOVE to live on a parade route. Grandma's house is in the PERFECT location!! I love that Salem Days has been a tradition for all of John's extended family and I feel so lucky to be a part of it! I swear, next year I am doing the 5k morning run. I say this every year and something comes up (like being 7 months pregnant). Now if I can only convince John to do it with me!!
